What is hydrotherapy?

Hydrotherapy is therapeutic activity that takes place in water. Buoyancy, the gentle resistance of the water and its warmth make it possible to move in ways that can be harder on land.

Every session is tailored to the person in front of us — their goals, abilities and pace. We do not promise therapeutic outcomes; we commit to listening, patience and professional, safe work.

Hydrotherapy is not a substitute for medical care or advice. For medical questions, please consult your care team.

Who is it for?

  • Children and teens

Activity in the water at their level, with patience and close support.

  • Adults

Sessions tailored to personal needs, routines and goals.

  • Seniors

Movement in the water in a safe, pleasant setting, at a suitable pace.

  • Rehabilitation needs

Support in the water as part of a rehabilitation process, coordinated with the care team when needed.

  • People with disabilities

Personal adaptation for every person, with experience in complex cases too.

One-to-one or group

  • One-to-one session

Full attention, a tailored plan and a personal pace.

  • Group activity

Small groups — for institutions or age groups, for example — adapted to each participant.

Common questions

Do I need to know how to swim?

No. Sessions are adapted to each person's abilities, including people who do not swim, with close attention to water safety.

Where do sessions take place?

In the Jerusalem, Beit Shemesh and Modi'in area. The exact place is agreed together, depending on the type of session and the need.

Can I get funding or a refund from my health fund?

We will look into funding and eligibility questions with you in a call. In the form, you can choose the topic “Health fund or funding question”.

Do you offer activities for groups and institutions?

Yes. You can contact us about group activities for an institution, and we will design a suitable format together.
