General

This policy describes what information the Lev Hamayim website collects, what it is used for and how it is kept.

What we collect

When you fill in an inquiry form: name, phone and city, and depending on the service — email, age group, details about the requested format and a free-text message. We do not ask for medical information, diagnoses or documents, and ask you not to send them through the website.

How we use it

To get back to you, arrange a service and manage our contact with you. We will send you updates only if you gave separate consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who can see it

Inquiries are accessible to the business owner only, through a secure management system. The information is held by infrastructure providers — website and database hosting, email delivery and spam filtering — acting on our behalf.

Security

We use standard measures: encryption in transit, restricted access permissions, protection against automated submissions and rate limiting. No system is completely immune.

Retention

Information is kept for as long as it is needed for the purposes for which it was collected. ⟦Retention periods — pending a decision⟧

Cookies

The website does not use marketing or tracking cookies. Cookies essential to the website's operation and spam protection may be used.

Your rights

Under Israel's Privacy Protection Law you may ask to see the information about you, correct it or delete it. ⟦Contact details for privacy requests — pending approval⟧

Changes

We may update this policy. The updated version will be published on this page.
