Lessons that fit you

Everyone comes to the water from a different starting point. Lessons are built around age, experience and goals: first steps in the water, gaining confidence, or improving technique and style.

The focus is on safety, patience and progress at your own pace.

Who are the lessons for?

  • Children

Getting to know the water, confidence and swimming skills — in a fun, safe way.

  • Teens

Improving ability, technique and swimming fitness.

  • Adults

You can learn to swim at any age — or come back to the water after a break.

  • Beginners and advanced

From first steps to refining every stroke.

Lesson formats

  • Private lesson

All the attention is on you, at your pace.

  • Pair lesson

Learn as a pair — friends, family members or siblings.

  • Group lesson

A small group at a similar level, adapted to each participant.

Overcoming fear of water

Fear of water is common at every age. We start with small steps — getting to know the water, breathing and relaxing — and move on only when you feel ready. No pressure, no rush.

Improving technique and style

For swimmers who want to improve: breathing, body position and efficient movement, in all four strokes — freestyle, breaststroke, backstroke and butterfly.

Common questions

From what age can children start?

It depends on the child and the format. Tell us about your child in the inquiry and we will recommend a suitable format.

I am an adult who cannot swim — is it too late?

Not at all. You can learn to swim at any age, and progress is tailored to you.

What is the difference between private and group lessons?

In a private lesson all the attention is on you. In pair or group lessons you learn together at a shared pace. We are happy to help you choose.

Where do lessons take place?

In the Jerusalem, Beit Shemesh and Modi'in area. You can add a preferred location in the form.
